Susan Reznor Moone, CFP®, AIF®

Financial Advisor

Susan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has been with Five Talents Wealth Management since its inception over 10 years ago. Having formerly worked as a teller at Wachovia, she jumped on board with Jamie when she opened the doors to Five Talents Wealth Management on May 15, 2007. Throughout the years, Susan assisted Jamie in all aspects of the business, including administration, operations, client relationships, and research and data collection. Having served faithfully in these capacities, she understands the importance of knowing her clients personally and making herself accessible to them, while loving them through the process of #InvestingWell.

Susan has two bachelor’s degrees from Pensacola Christian College, along with an educational certificate (ESL), her notary license, and several notable positions from her years of schooling. She holds the prestigious CFP® industry designation, the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®, as well as her health, life, and variable insurance licenses. She has her Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, and is also licensed to discuss and sell long-term care (LTC) insurance.

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” That said, Susan’s achievements, one step at a time, have broadened her horizons. She possesses a passion for adventure that has taken her throughout the United States and abroad. Her experiences include coaching junior high volleyball in Ohio; teaching elementary and junior high classes in Colorado; teaching conversational English to Chinese adults and teens in Daqing, China; and providing financial expertise and superior customer service in southern Ohio and Canton, Georgia.

In January of 2017, Susan married the love of her life, John Moone. It’s no surprise that they enjoy traveling together, as their first year of marriage found them visiting Charleston, Hawaii, San Diego, Michigan, and Ohio! These trips provided Susan with expansive scenery to photograph, which is something she truly enjoys.

In her spare time, Susan can often be found serving in her local church or out in her community. Not only has she assisted in the bus ministry, nursery, and Sunday school, she has also served as a tutor and is an accomplished pianist who plays beautifully to the glory of God! She is a sports enthusiast (whether it be playing sports or simply spectating), and although she lives in Georgia, she has north Cincinnati roots and thus favors the Reds, the Bengals, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Go, Buckeyes!

Susan Reznor Moone is proud to have been recognized as a Founder's Club advisor for 2019—a distinction based on annual production that places her among the top 36 percent of advisors affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network.

Each year, Commonwealth, the Registered Investment Adviser–broker/dealer that helps us process investment transactions on your behalf, recognizes Founder's Club advisors by inviting them to an exclusive gathering of their peers, leading industry experts, and Commonwealth home office staff. Founder's Club advisors benefit from an intensive learning and networking experience designed to help them hone their expertise, share best practices, and provide ever-higher levels of service, education, and leadership to their clients.

Amy Bates

Client Care & Operations Coordinator

Before devoting her work full time to Five Talents Wealth Management, Amy Marie Bates was an Assistant VP in Operations with a leading global financial services firm. She brings 20+ years of operations and relational management skills to our team. She is proficient in developing strong relationships and providing clients with an outstanding experience. Attention to detail, diligence, effective listening skills, empathy, and timely follow-up are symbols of appreciation given to her by our clients. Her strategic mindset drives her role as Client Care & Operations Coordinator, fostering a “one and done” environment.

Amy has a big heart for coaching and mentoring. She desires to help others discover the talents God has given them and then guide them as they grow into their precious gifts. She is both a challenger and a cheerleader (#1 cheerleader to her son, Dane, who plays football and basketball and runs track at Creekview High School. You can always spot her in the crowd—she’s the loudest one in the stands!). Amy seeks to challenge others to grow into their highest potential and is committed to cheering them on every step of the way. No one walks alone; that’s Amy’s mantra.

Amy possesses an adventurous spirit and contagious fervor for life. She is Momma to four children—Meghan, Ashley, Savannah and Dane—“Yam” to three beautiful grandchildren, a long-time Green Bay Packers fan, and also a Georgia Bulldog fan. She believes any time on the water is a good time, especially sailing, swimming, and kayaking.

Debbie Gregory

Administrative Assistant

Debbie has over 15 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, having collaborated with attorneys, doctors, and executives. She truly delights in serving others and strives to be a blessing in the process. She provides administrative support and backup operations support, while simultaneously maintaining a lovely office environment for our clients and prospects. Her tremendous consistency, meticulous attention to detail, superior verbal and written communication skills, and hospitable heart are all attributes that make her an integral part of our team.

Debbie and her husband, Johnny, have been married for almost 30 years and have four grown children—Sarah, Rachel, John Allen and James—who light up their world! Before moving to Georgia in 2016, Debbie and Johnny served for three years as full-time foster parents in a unique, faith-based, children’s organization in Florida. Debbie acknowledges that God truly spoke to her heart through James 1:27, and, as a result, she and Johnny were able to minister to 20 boys during that season.

If you’ve met Debbie, you know that she possesses the gift of hospitality. She loves cooking and baking, and finds great pleasure in sharing her baked blessings with others, both near and far. As a native Floridian, the beach is her happy place. She also enjoys reading, boating, and traveling. Her greatest joys, however, come from seizing the moments with her family and friends!
