Our Team

Susan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional and has been with Five Talents Wealth Management since its inception. Having formerly worked as a teller at Wachovia, she jumped on board with Jamie Williams at Five Talents Wealth Management in May 2007. Throughout the years, Susan assisted Jamie in all aspects of the business, including administration, operations, client relationships, and research and data collection. Having served faithfully in these capacities, she understands the importance of knowing her clients personally and making herself accessible to them, while loving them through the process of #InvestingWell. 

Susan has two bachelor’s degrees from Pensacola Christian College, along with an educational certificate (ESL), her notary license, and several notable positions from her years of schooling. She holds the prestigious CFP^® industry certification, the FINRA Series 7, 65, and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®, as well as her health, life, and variable insurance licenses. She has her Accredited Investment Fiduciary^® (AIF^®) designation and is also licensed to discuss and sell long-term care (LTC) insurance. 

In 2017, Susan became the business owner of Five Talents Wealth Management, LLC. She has over 16 years of experience in the financial industry and more than 99 million assets under advisement*, and she strongly believes in the financial planning process. Most recently, she was recognized as a 2022 Founder’s Club advisor—a distinction based on annual production that places her among the top 37 percent of advisors affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network.

Susan and her husband, John, live in the Hickory Flat community of Cherokee County. They have one son who has captured their hearts and keeps them on their toes! He is not only a bundle of energy but also a blessing and delight! Being a sports enthusiast with strong Cincinnati roots, Susan loves to cheer on the Reds, the Bengals, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. She is also an accomplished pianist who enjoys using her talent to the glory of God.

Although he pursued a major in Youth Ministries at Ambassador Baptist College, his career path has taken him through industries focused on providing outstanding service, support, and care for clients.

As our Client Services Specialist, Joshua excels at satisfying customer needs. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life and his dedication to excellence set him apart as someone who truly prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of those he serves. Whether working behind the scenes to streamline operations or engaging directly with clients to provide guidance and assistance, Joshua consistently demonstrates his commitment to making a positive impact.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Joshua met his wife in 2019 while serving at a Christian Camp. When not at work, Joshua brings the same level of dedication and enthusiasm to his personal passions. He is always eager to explore new advancements in technology, troubleshooting challenges, and finding innovative solutions for those in need. He also enjoys balloon artistry, cooking, baking, and voice-over work. 

Anna’s journey to her current role as receptionist has been shaped by her strong foundation in discipline, communication, and teamwork. She earned her degree in music from Shorter University, where she specialized in flute, an experience that encouraged focus and commitment. These skills, honed through years of musical practice, naturally transferred to her professional career. Over time, Anna developed a reputation for her ability to effectively manage office operations while maintaining a positive, organized atmosphere. Her background in music, combined with her inherent interpersonal skills, allowed her to rise to a key position in the office, where she is trusted to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

In her role as receptionist, Anna is the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, ensuring that the office maintains a welcoming and efficient environment. She manages incoming phone calls, coordinates schedules, and handles a variety of administrative tasks, all while creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the office. Anna’s natural ability to communicate and stay organized allows her to manage these responsibilities with ease, ensuring the smooth flow of operations. Her position requires a combination of multitasking, professionalism, and a personable attitude—qualities that Anna consistently brings to the workplace.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys a fulfilling life centered around her passions for travel, animals, and music. Raised in Woodstock, GA, she met her husband, Joshua, a Philadelphia native, at The Wilds Christian Camp in North Carolina, and they married in May 2020. Together, they share a love for traveling, particularly to Disney, where they explore new foods and enjoy the magic of the parks. Anna is also a devoted animal lover and shares her home with a Golden Retriever named Appa and a calico cat named Suki. In addition to her work, Anna remains actively engaged in music-related activities, a passion that continues to enrich both her personal and professional life.
